About Eunice Pearson

Eunice Pearson

I have lived in and loved Western North Carolina since 1964 and I think it is the greatest place to live. I have been in real estate for 35 years and I enjoy helping other people find homes in this area. I am familiar with Buncombe and Henderson counties primarily and some of Haywood and Madison counties. These are the counties that surround Asheville and Hendersonville. Tell me what setting you like and I will help you find it. If you have a house to sell, I can help you there also. Since I show many houses, I am familiar with the values and with what buyers are interested in. I can help you promote your house to the right buyer. When I started 35 years ago, the paperwork was limited and simple, the mortgages had set qualifications and very little variance. It is so much more complex now. I can help you thru the maze. There are mortgages now for almost everyone. Let me help you find the right lender.
